It does not offer registration, accounts, forms or payments. Terms and Definitions<\/h2>\n<p>Website \u2013 the website available on the Internet at altegio.uzum.com, including all of its subdomains and language versions.<\/p>\n<p>Altegio Platform (Platform) \u2013 Altegio's software platform for online booking and business process automation, available at alteg.io and app.alteg.io.<\/p>\n<p>Visitor (also \u201cyou\u201d) \u2013 any natural person who accesses or browses the Website.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Data \u2013 any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person.<\/p>\n<p>Processing \u2013 any action (operation) or a combination of actions (operations) with Personal Data, with or without the use of automated facilities, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (refreshment, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) including cross-border transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.<\/p>\n<p>Cookies \u2013 small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. General Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>This Policy applies to the Personal Data that Altegio collects on the Website. By accessing or browsing the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy. Personal Data We Process<\/h2>\n<p>Altegio processes the following categories of Personal Data of Visitors:<\/p>\n<h3>3.1 Technical Data<\/h3>\n<p>When you access the Website, our servers automatically record technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, the referring page, and information about your browser, operating system and device. These records are used to deliver the Website, to keep it secure, and to detect and prevent abuse.<\/p>\n<h3>3.2 Analytics Data<\/h3>\n<p>With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used: which pages are viewed, from which country and city (derived from the anonymized IP address), on which type of device and browser, and how visitors arrive at the Website, including campaign parameters in the URL. Google Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies; IP anonymization is enabled and Altegio does not receive your IP address from Google Analytics.<\/p>\n<h3>3.3 Marketing Data<\/h3>\n<p>With your consent, the Website loads the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads conversion linker through Google Tag Manager. These tools record that your browser visited the Website and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the identifier of the ad click, so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta and Google may combine this information with data they hold about you under their own privacy policies.<\/p>\n<h3>3.4 Consent Record<\/h3>\n<p>Your cookie choices are stored in a cookie on your device so that the Website can honour them on later visits. Altegio does not store your consent choices on its servers.<\/p>\n<h3>3.5 Communications<\/h3>\n<p>If you contact Altegio by email, messenger or social media using the contact details published on the Website, we process the information you provide \u2013 your name, contact details and the content of your message \u2013 in order to respond to you.<\/p>\n<h3>3.6 Links to the Altegio Platform<\/h3>\n<p>The Website links to the registration and sign-in pages of the Altegio Platform. These links carry campaign parameters that identify the Website, the page you came from and the Uzum partner offer, so that Altegio can attribute registrations to the Website and apply the terms of the offer. From the moment you follow such a link, your Personal Data is processed under the Privacy Policy of the Altegio Platform.<\/p>\n<h3>3.7 Third-Party Software<\/h3>\n<p>The Visitor understands and accepts the possibility of using third party software on the Website; as a result, such third party can receive and transmit the data in a depersonalized form. Legal Basis of Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>The legal basis on which Altegio relies for the use of Personal Data includes:<\/p>\n<ul><li>Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) \u2013 for analytics and marketing cookies and the related Processing described in sections 3.2 and 3.3. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie icon on the Website;<\/li><li>Altegio's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) \u2013 to operate and secure the Website, to prevent abuse, and to respond to your enquiries (sections 3.1, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6);<\/li><li>Compliance with a legal obligation to which Altegio is subject according to applicable law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>5. Policy with Regard to Children<\/h2>\n<p>Altegio does not intentionally collect personal data from children younger than 16, it does not request it and does not allow them to use the Platform. Persons under 16 are not allowed to provide personal information including name, address, telephone number and e-mail. If Altegio gets to know that the information was collected from a child under 16, Altegio shall immediately delete such information. Altegio will address any such requests in a timely manner and according to applicable law. In certain cases, Altegio may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request. If you are unsatisfied with Altegio's response, you may refer your complaint to the competent data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Personal Data Storage Retention<\/h2>\n<p>All Personal Data that is collected will be stored only as long as is necessary to accomplish the purpose for which it is collected, and\/or as long as is permitted or required by applicable law.
