This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the terms on which Altegio Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Altegio”), in its capacity as Data Controller, processes the personal data of visitors to the website altegio.uzum.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
The Website presents the joint offer of Uzum and Altegio for businesses. It does not offer registration, accounts, forms or payments. Registration and use of the Altegio platform are governed by its own documents, which apply once you leave the Website for the platform:

Website – the website available on the Internet at altegio.uzum.com, including all of its subdomains and language versions.
Altegio Platform (Platform) – Altegio's software platform for online booking and business process automation, available at alteg.io and app.alteg.io.
Visitor (also “you”) – any natural person who accesses or browses the Website.
Personal Data – any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing – any action (operation) or a combination of actions (operations) with Personal Data, with or without the use of automated facilities, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (refreshment, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) including cross-border transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Cookies – small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Policy.
This Policy applies to the Personal Data that Altegio collects on the Website. By accessing or browsing the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy. Where the Processing is based on consent, your consent is requested separately, through the cookie banner described in the Cookie Policy.
The terms used in this Policy that are not defined above shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and business practice.
Altegio processes the following categories of Personal Data of Visitors:
When you access the Website, our servers automatically record technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, the referring page, and information about your browser, operating system and device. These records are used to deliver the Website, to keep it secure, and to detect and prevent abuse.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Website is used: which pages are viewed, from which country and city (derived from the anonymized IP address), on which type of device and browser, and how visitors arrive at the Website, including campaign parameters in the URL. Google Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies; IP anonymization is enabled and Altegio does not receive your IP address from Google Analytics.
With your consent, the Website loads the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads conversion linker through Google Tag Manager. These tools record that your browser visited the Website and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the identifier of the ad click, so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta and Google may combine this information with data they hold about you under their own privacy policies.
Your cookie choices are stored in a cookie on your device so that the Website can honour them on later visits. Altegio does not store your consent choices on its servers.
If you contact Altegio by email, messenger or social media using the contact details published on the Website, we process the information you provide – your name, contact details and the content of your message – in order to respond to you.
The Website links to the registration and sign-in pages of the Altegio Platform. These links carry campaign parameters that identify the Website, the page you came from and the Uzum partner offer, so that Altegio can attribute registrations to the Website and apply the terms of the offer. From the moment you follow such a link, your Personal Data is processed under the Privacy Policy of the Altegio Platform.
The Visitor understands and accepts the possibility of using third party software on the Website; as a result, such third party can receive and transmit the data in a depersonalized form. The aforementioned third party software includes the following analytics and advertising services:

Altegio does not intentionally collect personal data from children younger than 16, it does not request it and does not allow them to use the Platform. Persons under 16 are not allowed to provide personal information including name, address, telephone number and e-mail. If Altegio gets to know that the information was collected from a child under 16, Altegio shall immediately delete such information. Altegio stores the Personal Data and provides its protection against unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal terms and regulations. The Website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), is protected against automated abuse, and is hosted on servers located in the European Union.

Where this occurs, Altegio ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
This Policy may be amended or terminated unilaterally by Altegio without prior notice to the Visitor. The new version of the Policy becomes effective after posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Policy.
